• Sat., January 30: Flag Football Coach, Cheerleading Coach, & Referee Trainings for Upward Spring Sports - beginning at 10:00 am
• Flag Football Evaluations & Cheerleading Orientation: Sat., February 6 & Mon., February 8

Cheerleading Planning Meeting Reminder!

Just wanted to remind all the ladies interested in planning/coaching Upward Cheerleading this spring that our Round-Table Planning Meeting is Sat., December 5 at 2:00 pm at Nansemond River Baptist Church. There will be light snacks available at the meeting. AMAZING SEASON!

I just wanted to thank everyone again for such a wonderful season of Upward Soccer here at NRBC. Thank you for attending the Awards Celebration last night. I hope everyone enjoyed it!

Our Flag Football & Cheerleading season will be here before you know it - Football & Cheer brochures are scheduled to deliver TODAY if you'd like to come by and pick some up to pass out to your friends and neighbors.

Games Cancelled 11/14

Coaches, Parents & Players,
Due to the poor, poor field conditions and continuing rain here at the NRBC Rec Fields, games & Carnival Day will be cancelled on Sat., November 14.

Please continue to pray for those with flooding and power outages.

Don't forget -- the Awards Celebration is THIS SUNDAY, November 15 at 4:30 pm. Doors open at 4:15 pm. Featuring: Dan the Animal Man & Creatures of Creation.

Exciting Weekend Ahead!

Just wanted to remind everyone of the exciting Upward Festivities this weekend!

Carnival Day is Saturday, November 14 during the 9:00 and 10:00 am games. We will have free funnel cakes, popcorn, face painting, etc. We will still have concessions set up as well.

The Upward Awards Celebration is Sunday, November 15 at 4:30 pm in the NRBC Worship Center. Please join us for a slideshow of the season, end of season gifts, the distribution of picture CD's, and a presentation by special guest: Dan the Animal Man.
