10/29 Games Postponed

Upward Parents:
Due to the current field conditions and incoming storms, the Commissioners have decided to postpone the games for today for the safety of all involved. We will make-up games via double headers next Saturday, November 5. A schedule will be posted on Monday.

Update: Chick-fil-A Saturday Re-Scheduled!

In light of the forecast for tomorrow morning, we've had to re-schedule Chick-fil-A Saturday to next weekend, but will make the decision on games tomorrow morning. We will only post cancellations tomorrow morning - if nothing is posted by 8:00 a.m., then we are proceeding with games.

League Announcements: 10-26-11

Just two quick reminders:

This Saturday, October 29 we will have Chick-fil-A sandwiches for sale at Concessions during games for $3 per sandwich. We will sell until we run out ... get one while it's fresh!

Please be sure to mark your calendars NOW for the Awards Celebration on Sun., November 13 at 3:00 p.m. in the NRBC Worship Center. Doors open at 2:45 p.m. We will come together and celebrate the season with pictures, a special guest and hand out gifts to each child. Don't miss out!

Upward League Updates: 10-19-11

Dear Upward Parents:
We are working on some “special projects” for the Upward Awards Celebration Sun., November 13 at 3:00 p.m. and we need your help!

First, please mark your calendars NOW to attend the event! It will be held in the NRBC Worship Center. Please note the time change as it is different from previous years. At the Celebration, we will recognize the teams, give out door prizes, have a special guest and give out end of season gifts/pictures from Picture Day!

Second, we need pictures … of game days, practices, whatever you have of your children, Coaches, Referees, etc. Please email them to: nrbcupwardphotos@yahoo.com and please indicate the name of the team (please send them to this address indicated, because my nrbc email account gets clogged up when pictures are sent to it). Thank you for your help!

Looking forward to a great rest of the season and concluding celebration together. Don’t miss out!

Please arrive 10-15 minutes prior to your scheduled time slot to fill out paperwork! Even if you don’t plan on purchasing pictures, we ask that the whole team be present for photos.
