CPR/First Aid Class Sign-ups

We are hosting an Adult/Child/Infant CPR and First Aid Class on Sat., January 28 in the NRBC Fellowship Hall beginning at 10:00 AM. The class is led by the American Heart Association and is $50 (pay the day of the class). The certification is good for two years.

The dates are now official for our 2012 Upward Flag Football & Cheerleading League ...

Registration OPENS Sun., November 13 at the Upward Awards Celebration!

• Coach/Ref Trainings: Sat., January 21 at 10:00 a.m.

• Evaluations: Sat., February 4 (9:30 – 11:30 a.m.) and Mon., February 6 (5:30 – 7:00 p.m.)

• Practice Begin: Week of February 13

• First Game: Sat., March 3

• Last Game: Sat., April 21

• Awards Celebration: Sun., April 22

Weekend Festivities: Nov. 12 - 13

Just wanted to update you and let you know that on our last game day - this Sat., November 12 we will have hot dogs available for purchase, a fun baseball "pitching game" and FREE Cotton Candy for all to enjoy!

We look forward to ending the season on a high note ... so don't forget the Awards Celebration Sun., November 13 at 3:00 p.m. in the NRBC Worship Center. Doors open at 2:45 p.m.

Next Sunday, November 13 is our Upward Awards Celebration at 3:00 p.m. in the NRBC Worship Center (closest set of double doors near the Rec Fields).

Doors will open at 2:45 p.m.

The Awards Celebration will be an upbeat conclusion of the season where we will celebrate and reflect on the season, see special guest Brent from “Hoops of Hope” aka basketball trickster extraordinaire and end the celebration with individual teams and passing out end of season gifts and pictures.

Please bring your cameras and please plan to attend - you don’t want to miss out! There will be door prizes, fun, fellowship & celebration of a fun season.
