Thank You!!!

Hey Upward Families,

I wanted to let you know of some news regarding Lizzy.  For those of you that haven't heard, she will be leaving us soon.  Well, only "officially."  She will be out at the fields on Saturdays finishing out the season coaching her team.  Plus, she will always be a part of the family.  Lizzy has been offered an athletic director position at a school in the area.  In talking with her, she believes she is following God's leading and has accepted the job.  In getting to know Lizzy, she spends a great amount of time praying through following God's will for her life.  And this time has been no different.  So I am very excited for Lizzy, because this is has been a dream job of hers and something she has been praying for for some time now.  However, with as excited as I am, she will be greatly missed. Lizzy has grown up with us at NRBC and in that process God has allowed her to grow a ministry.  God has done some amazing things in the life and ministry of Upward and Lizzy has obediently followed His leading in that process.  And because of her obedient leadership we have each been given the opportunity to experience God at work.

Please make sure you take time to personally thank Lizzy.  Make it a point to meet with her, give her a call or even write her a note.  Lizzy has devoted the things she has done here at NRBC, as well as anywhere she serves, to the honor and glory of God the Father.  And I believe she has served unto to Him faithfully.  Please don't miss an opportunity to praise God for her.
